		Theft From A Courier Company

My friend has couriered a package to me using Track Courier network, AWB # 93283157 from Mumbai to Bangalore.
He told me that he was sendin it in a hard case as couier contained camera and some related materials.
On receipt of my courier I found that packet was not a hard case but a soft case with lots of tape over it.
Not only Secondly camera was altogether missing but also other stuffs were damaged.
My friend has declared eveything before sending the courier and also shown each thing at the counter before sending the courier.
He does have the same contents list from courier company even now.
