		Cheating by a placement firm.

I am a job aspirant and I am cheated by a placement agency named RSP Placement, who in support of providing ajob in an MNC demanded half of salary ie. Rs. 7500/- after getting joining letter. But with time the demand changed to providing the mentioned amount before getting offer letter. I some how negotiated for Rs 5000/-. But after that the person Mr. R.Sharma is absconding, and after my continuous attempt I amnot able to contact him . His office is closed and his Mobile no. is not working.
