The above named complainants respectfully submit as under:

That the complainant is the absolute and lawful owner of H.No.9-8-152/4, Golconda, Chota Bazar, Saleh Nagar, Hyderabad – 500 008, by virtue of a registered gift deed executed by my mother.

Xerox copy of the same is enclosed for your kind consideration.

Complainant have filed a suit for perpetual Injunction against my mother and one rowdy shetter who have been continuously interrupting in my peaceful possession vide O.S.No.6125 of 2006 which is still pending and "status quo" was granted in my favour.

Pending disposal of the suit the defendants started harassing me and my tenants by name Mohd Shaker against which the said tenant has lodged several complaints before the SHO of PS Golconda, copy which is enclosed herewith the complainant has also complained the matter to P.S. Golconda which refuses to acknowledge the same the copy of which is enclosed
